Before obtaining my Master of Counselling, I accumulated over 15 years of experience in college and camp ministry, working with individuals facing various challenges in their lives. I have always gravitated towards those who are wrestling or hurting and long to see people find hope and healing. When I am not counselling, you can find me mountain biking, enjoying overpriced coffee or going on family adventures.

I seek to cultivate rich therapeutic relationships to help people find healing and wholeness. I have a compassionate and empathic approach, and I work with people to discover and achieve their goals for therapy. I will provide a friendly and non-judgmental space for you to be heard and understood, helping you uncover new growth in your life.

My approach utilizes narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and emotion-focused therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
