I hope to use my life experience and gifts to provide a safe, secure space for others to become empowered to heal their lives. I am honored to have the opportunity to share in the stories of others and to journey with them toward healing. I am a graduate of Providence University and Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Counselling and have over a decade of experience with a plethora of issues.
My Approach
I believe that you are the expert of you and that I am here to offer helpful interventions, educated insights, and proven resources to help you find solutions that meet your needs and goals. Each person is unique and requires a tailored treatment plan.
My approach to therapy is drawn from an eclectic range of modalities, such as Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, Emotions Focused Therapy, Hakomi Method, Self-Compassion approach, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma informed therapy. Through the lens of this framework, I will offer insights and tools that encourage the client to engage in a gentle, holistic healing process. You will become a student at the University of YOU!
